Fire,Fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well yesterday,s plans of Yambol went up in a puff of smoke!!!!as did out chimney.Sitting having coffee the stove was in a no go mood burning very slowly,Id pokes and brodled it.Then woof!!!!the metal chimney that goes into the house chimney started making an awful noise,crumbs it was on fire.Total panic we ran outside to see smoke belching out of the chimney,with bottles in hand we set off up stairs,luck had it Viloo was next door and one of the local cow herders was in the field opposite they came across to help.Out of the bob hole onto the roof they went and sure enough the whole chimney was alight!!!!!Viloo put water down and told David "malca problem"(small) which didn't really help.We were terrified that the rafters upstairs would catch fire.It took 4-5 hours to die out and turned us into nervous wrecks.So last night we didn't light the fires,we used a blow heater and thanked out lucky stars that only miner damage was caused.

Moral of the tale clean out your stove chimney regularly,and don't burn anything but paper and wood!!!!!!Yesterday we were just commenting on how clean the chimney had been this year WRONG.
