Ummm, I think your link just doesn't work anymore.. But I know the reason well - Google just thought that it would be a good idea to shotdown Picasa and force everybody to switch to the Google Photos instead. Well it wouldn't, especially for guy like me who dislike material design at all and just can't stand the whole appearance of Photos. Good that I'm not the only one so there are some nonames who took it into their own hands and released the open-sourced version of Picasa for Windows 10 latest download https://yepdownload.com/picasa It works just the same way as the original app and they put here a Google Photos sync, so you can have all of your photos here for very quickly! I'll be glad if you update your link Margaret :)
