This is one of the strays I'm feeding there are 2 more.Don't Know if i should but could YOU let them starve. 
I am in need of some helpful info,you all know how I struggle with the state of the Bulgarian dog problem,well i want to do something about it and don't really know where to start,there may be someone out there who can help.Info on EEC grants,how to start a Charity etc.Thank you!!!!
